Our Services & Scope of Work

We provide home renovation and related services, including interior decor, exterior and garden renovation, home security, fire safety, financing and warranty guidance, roofing, solar, window replacement, flooring and bathroom remodeling.

The scope, materials, schedule and pricing for any project are defined in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or professional certification.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are prepared using the information available at the time of assessment. Actual costs can change if site conditions differ from what was reasonably visible or described, if you request changes, or if material availability or supplier pricing changes.

Any variation is discussed with you and documented in a written change order before additional work proceeds.

Scheduling, Access & Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely access to the areas where work will take place.
• Remove or protect personal belongings, valuables and fragile items from active work zones.
• Disclose known hazards, previous work, leaks, pests or building restrictions that could affect the project.
• Obtain any approvals required from a landlord, association or co-owner.
• Ensure that decisions and selections are communicated within the timelines agreed in the project schedule.

Payments

Payment schedules, accepted methods and any deposit requirements are set out in your written agreement. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on them. Work may be paused on overdue accounts, and reasonable costs associated with delayed payment may apply as described in your agreement.

Change Orders

Changes requested after work begins are documented in a written change order describing the revised scope, cost impact and any effect on schedule. Work on the change begins once the change order is approved.

Workmanship, Materials & Warranty

We perform work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable building codes. Materials and products carry the manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship coverage is described in your agreement.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of recommended maintenance, alterations made by others, or events outside our control such as storms, flooding or power surges.

Permits, Codes & Compliance

Where permits or inspections are required, responsibility for obtaining them is identified in your agreement. All work is intended to comply with applicable local codes. Any condition discovered that requires additional compliance work will be raised with you before proceeding.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Either party may request rescheduling with reasonable notice so that crews and materials can be rearranged. Cancellation terms, including any charges for materials ordered or work already performed, are set out in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, layouts, designs and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or redistributed without written consent. Design concepts and drawings we prepare for your project remain our intellectual property unless transferred in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, rental income or anticipated savings, arising from use of this website or from services beyond the remedies described in your agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-Party Products & Links

We may recommend products, suppliers or external websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the performance, availability or policies of third parties, and any purchase you make directly from a third party is governed by that party's terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the state in which the services are performed, and any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
